Early years are the most critical in the developmental stages of a child's life. I truly support the idea that if the right direction and environment is given to the children during these years we can bring about their optimum development according to their genetic potential.
I'm passionate about making education an enjoyable experience for teachers and students. I always believe that this can be achieved by well-informed teachers. After the international experience in learning and teaching, I recognized the need for making our teachers more aware of different age appropriate methods and aids they could use to make their teaching time fun filled and effective. Keeping that in mind I'm presently taking workshops for teachers, where I make observation and then an interactive workshop where teachers discuss and find their own remedies for making their teaching methods more effective, which is followed by a joint demonstration class. I have enjoyed seeing the change in the mindsets and how some teachers have embraced and started believing and working for developing love for learning in children.
